Hiring a Virtual Assistant - Six Great Tips

Hey all!

I was looking on my iGoogle homepage and I have a couple of  the widgets that show various things like my local weather, my gmail summary, etc., etc…

One of the widgets I have is “The How-To of the Day” and it shows random how-to articles from WikiHow.com

These how-tos can be arts and crafts, sports, and all different topics - never stop learning! - but todays was titled “6 Tips to Hiring a Virtual Assistant.”

I really thought the article was informative and quick to read since it was a “tips” article. Be sure to pay attention to the extra tips at the bottom as well.

In the middle of the page there is an interview from SBTV (Small Business TV) with the owner of a site that has resources for small businesses.

The interviewee talks about what a virtual assistant does, how you benefit, and the savings you will have over having an office and a personal assistant “in-house”.

Of course, I have no idea about the interviewees business or her web site so I am not specifically endorsing her or her services :)

However, the interview was nice and short - about 5 minutes - and interesting as well so be sure to play it too when you read the article.

Here is the link to the WikiHow article page: http://www.wikihow.com/Hire-a-Virtual-Assistant

Obviously you will want to do more research before YOU hire a virtual assistant, but this article and interview will definitely get you started!

That’s it for now :)
